What are the shipping options available within Malaysia?
We offer standard shipping across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia, depending on your location.
Can I return a golf club if it doesn't suit my swing?
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom-fitted clubs and used equipment are not eligible for return unless defective.
Are the products sold on MST Golf authentic?
Yes, we are the authorized distributor and retailer for all brands listed on our store. Every product is 100% authentic and comes with the respective manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer golf club custom fitting for online orders?
Online orders are generally for standard specifications. For a professional custom fitting session, we recommend visiting one of our physical MST Golf Performance Centres to ensure the specifications match your swing profile.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), FPX online banking, and popular e-wallets such as GrabPay and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
